You can easily access your digital program by signing into your account! Simply sign in via the Sign In page and select "Access Your Digital Library Purchases" once you're logged in. Here you'll find all of your digital purchases and programs.
Supplements can be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at 888-824-8826 or via email at hello@metabolic.com. Digital purchases are not available for refunds, but if you are having difficulty accessing your program, please reach out to support for assistance!
Your subscription can be managed by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscriptions." From there you'll be able to add items to your order, change your order date, update your payment information, pause, skip, or cancel your next subscription order.
Once signed into your account, you can add additional products to your subscription from the Subscriptions tab. Simply click "Add Extras to next order +" and you'll be able to add both one time purchases and additional products to your current subscription.

Once you're logged into your account, navigate to the subscriptions tab and click "Update my info." Scroll to the bottom and click "Update Payment Method." You'll receive an email from info@metabolic.com with a secure link to update your payment information.
Accessing your account is easy! Click the "Sign In" in the top right corner. From there, you can enter your email and password to access your account. If you forgot your password or need to create one, just click "Forgot Password." If you have a subscription and want to manage it without a password, you can click "Manage Subscriptions Without Password." This will send you an email to give you access to your account.
